Having sold my café of ten years in September 2017, I've since been working as a Food Stylist Assistant and home economist for the last two years and have worked on many shoots, including editorial, above the line advertising, TV and moving image, with stylists such as Laurie Perry, lottie Covell, Bianca Nice, Amy Stephenson, Sunil Vijayaker and Kim Morphew, The projects I've worked on have been for companies such as Waitrose, the BBC, Slimming World, Marks and Spencer, KFC, John Lewis, Heinz and Sainsbury's, with some great photographers such as David Loftus, Gareth Morgans, Toby Scott, Maja Smend, Nassima Rothacker, Martin Poole and Matt Russell.
I am an experienced and passionate cook, and also work as a recipe developer and tester. I’m never happier than making cooking accessible to others, especially those who think they can’t cook.
